I truly believe that if Carrie hadn’t been my son’s nurse, things wouldn’t have gone the same. She is exceptional. Words cannot describe her as a nurse or the quality of her care. She genuinely cares about the newborns and strives to give them the best care possible. Carrie is 100% an asset and a vital part of Labor and Delivery at Franklin Woods. I would come here specifically for her care and expertise. I trust that she is providing the best care for my child. She loves her job and what she does. It shows in her work ethic, care, bedside manners, and patient support. Carrie shows compassion, attention to detail, professionalism, emotional support, leadership, nurturing, empathy, listening skills, and great communication.
