This past week, I flew down from Idaho to see my brother, who was having an emergency surgery for a tumor in his throat. After the surgery, he was intubated and brought to the ICU. Three of the four days that I was in town, my brother J was cared for by RN Jessica. Jessica displayed nothing but the most professional example of patient care that I’ve seen. Her knowledge, coupled with her loving, patient care, is what helped us manage with the hourly changes to his condition. From the good of opening his eyes to the ICU Doctors meeting with us with the news of not expecting J to survive the night.

These RN’s/Health Care Professionals truly went above and beyond in the care they displayed for our brother. On a side note, our brother has had his breathing tube removed and is getting stronger as we speak. He’s still being cared for in the ICU, but hopefully he’ll continue with his recovery and move out soon. So, on behalf of our family, we thank you for the quality of staff you’ve hired and the care they’ve given our brother.
