I had a colonoscopy in October 2024. Mary showed kindness from the very beginning by getting me extra warm blankets because I was cold. She warmed my arm before starting an IV and gave lidocaine first, which was painless. She got the IV inserted on the first stick, which rarely happens. That's why she is so fabulous (aside from kindness). At times, I've needed the ARNP to start the IV. Mary also acknowledged my husband, who was with me.
