Lexi was an amazing nurse. Very attentive, very helpful. She answered questions with easy-to-understand answers. She shared resource materials to aid with my continuing care post-visit. She boosted my confidence with encouragement that had specifics instead of generalizations. She made me feel like I was a VIP, but with the understanding that all her patients were that way. She showed that she cared about being my nurse and I was not just another patient. Rather than being annoyed at an old fat man who didn't move around the greatest, she was happy to help situate, position, or set me up for the best state. All the nurses and techs, housekeeping, and food service staff who took care of me during my stay were all wonderful. Medical situations in my life have never been easy and have been very anxiety ridden. The Condell team was such a joy to work with from start to finish. The technical skills of all I interacted with were top-notch. This visit was handled very professionally and reduced my anxiety immensely. I was impressed to see that various team leaders of my team also stopped in to make sure to get feedback on their team. That effort shows they really care about the patient and the quality of their staff. So, while I singled out Lexi, all of those who provide services or care to me deserve recognition. I can't say I look forward to my next visit because, like this one, they usually aren't expected. But if I do have to use the hospital for any further healthcare, I will be doing so with the confidence that I'll have the best care from top to bottom.
