During my stay at OVMC, she was my nurse at least 3 times. All 3 times she treated my newborn son and me with the utmost care. She went above and beyond to ensure we were both comfortable. During my stay, I had a bad reaction to my antibiotic and remained calm, delegated to her staff what she needed, and took great care of me. Not only was she professional, but she also encompassed the true meaning of what it means to be a nurse, and for that, my family and I are truly grateful. While there were many hiccups along the way with my stay, my nursing staff did not disappoint, and she helped to make a stressful situation more tolerable. She made sure my family and I were comfortable and made sure we did not feel like we were just another bed to care for.
