Dr. Bowers is dedicated to her students’ success. She approaches her role with deep empathy, understanding the complex lives her students lead and working with them to overcome challenges. Dr. Bowers demonstrates admirable attributes as a mentor, advocate, and nurse leader. She is who her students “aspire to be like,” consistently setting a high standard. Her love for her job, her students, and the nursing profession shines through, and she thrives on their successes.
