Mrs. Wallace showed true commitment to serving me as a Veteran, I was having severe stomach pain she went above and beyond bring me water multiple times at bedside, checking on me every hour to see how my pain was doing whether increased or decreased, I can tell she strives to provide the highest quality nursing, she cares for the little things just as she cares for the big.

I sometimes feel judged or ostracized because I am an addict, but she did not make me feel that way at all. She showed me that she truly cares about me as a person and not just another patient. Jennifer took the time to look up my lab orders and saw that a DNA draw was overlooked. Jen also convinced me to ask for another chance to stay at the RRTP after a group discussion and a decision to discharge.
