Daisy wowed me with her kindness and attentiveness. She runs the floor well. Although she was not my nurse, the level at which she and her colleagues operate is thoroughly impressive, to say the least. If at any point in time during my stay here, I have yet to see Charge Nurse Daisy not be able to assist ALL patients.

Daisy is a great, wonderful team player. She always makes sure the unit is staffed well, especially at night. Daisy has exceptional knowledge in many areas, especially oncology. She is a go-to person if you have any questions about chemo medication.

Daisy is known to be a supportive team member, always willing to be of assistance to others.

I am deeply thankful for all you do to support your teams, peers, and our organization. Having you by my side as a new manager was a great help, support, and comfort. You all go the extra mile to help your team.  I am also beyond grateful for the advice you gave me to navigate through.

There are a lot of good things to be said about Ms. Daisy, but I will mention a few. She is reliable, knowledgeable, and always ready to help the floor. When there was a shortage of nurses on the night shift on the unit, she stepped in to help working more days. With no ANM and no manager for the unit, Ms. Daisy made herself available to work in both shifts to help leadership have a good balance. She is a great team player and a good leader to have. We hope to have her for many years to come.
