Lina is one of the best nurses I know. When I started working in Adventist she became my preceptor, during this time I saw how she takes care of the patients and how it attributed to their health progress. She takes time to talk to them, shows empathy, and most importantly, she listens to what the patient needs. She is a great advocate for the patients. She is surely an inspiration to the many nurses whom she has precepted. Team player best describes her. Whenever she is the charge nurse on the unit, she made sure that all the patients are safe, and she also thinks about her colleagues as well. She never fails to help them, even with the smallest things, so they can work in harmony. She brings a sense of joy to the unit, sometimes she just sings and dances happily, and every coworker who can see her will put a smile on their faces, even if sometimes the work gets heavy. Lina is a gem on 3 North.
