In her clinical placements, Anup has notably excelled in providing compassionate, high-quality psychiatric care to a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, older adults, and marginalized communities such as the LGBTQ+ population with Huron Street Wellness Center in Ypsilanti, MI. Her earlier nursing work in community mental health at Team Wellness in Southfield, MI, specifically highlights her unwavering commitment to addressing the unique psychiatric needs of underserved pediatric populations. She has shown exceptional skill in engaging families through family-centered care.
Anup's clinical experience at Start My Wellness and Psychiatric Associates further illustrates her strengths. Her compassionate approach and ability to establish meaningful rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds significantly enhance patient outcomes. She has excelled in conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations, employing evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and comprehensive psychoeducation.
