I've had the privilege of being under Fiona's care in the sedation department countless times, and each interaction with her has been nothing short of exceptional.

Recently, I had a procedure take an unexpected turn. I was unconscious and unresponsive for several hours, yet during this time, there were brief moments where I could hear what was happening around me. Amidst the chaos, while everyone was focused on figuring out what was happening and how to address it, Fiona remained by my side, talking me through everything, unaware if I could hear her (which I could at times).

Fiona’s unwavering presence, calm demeanor, and genuine care made all the difference. She treated me not just as a patient but as a human being, with compassion and kindness that went beyond her call of duty. Fiona is an outstanding nurse, and I feel truly fortunate to have had her by my side. She made me feel safe, cared for, and valued, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.
