I cannot say there was a specific episode relating to the evaluation of her performance in taking care of me while hospitalized. Her high positive energy and witty personality are infectious and clearly apparent immediately, and truly appreciated. Her level of medical knowledge and ability to connect to patients was nothing short of spectacular.

Her love of nursing and love of patients is clearly apparent and second to none, and should be emulated by her coworkers and adopted as a gold standard in her abilities of not only nursing, but the treatment of hospitalized patients that all should follow. She has demonstrated exceptional skills in caring for her patients and knowing how to make us feel special and not just another room number.

Of all the nurses who have personally taken care of me in hospital situations, she stands head and shoulders above the rest without a doubt. Her motivation is clearly her love of job and people, and patients, making her shine brightly as a truly bona fide superstar, the best of the best in my humble opinion. I felt blessed and honored that she was my caregiver while dealing with a critical health condition. She made me laugh, feel important, and created a sense of personal security knowing she was in charge and control.

Once again, Brittney, these words of praise are from the heart and most likely fall short in assessing the immeasurable contributions you have made to me and many others. Thanks, once again, for continuing in your career. Your standard of excellence has set a high bar for fellow nurses to emulate. Congratulations, I know that you are a special soul, don’t ever change!
