Becky has been a wonderful leader who continues to show support for all who work around her every day. She has a way to lead her team with compassion, but at the same time, making sure patients come first. Becky is a mentor to me and someone whom I have always admired. She has staff who respect her and the work that she does. She does not have any negative comments and looks at the positive in everything she does. She is trustworthy by allowing other leaders to run something by her without any judgment. I personally have grown as a leader because of Becky.

Becky has supported me in my leadership role over the last 5 years. Throughout those years, I have watched Becky take the time to speak with every staff member who comes to her, whether it is personal or work-related. She is someone I reach out to during the day for questions and is always responsive and timely!

I have also worked closely with Becky in the emerging leadership group. She offers ideas for improvements with her critical thinking skills. She is also willing to listen to other thoughts and ideas of the group to make decisions.

Becky is the textbook of a compassionate leader. She can be tough when needed, but she also leads with her heart.
