I work with Jenni, and every time I do, I watch the compassion she has for each person she cares for day in and day out. I watch her walk into a room, and instantly, the patient's look and sense of comfort come across them. She empathizes with each patient on different levels and takes the time to understand what is important and how she can support each individual. I have watched her jump in and help her coworkers no matter what the task is. She uses her humor and light-hearted banter to bring light to quite literally everyone around her.

She has taken the time to guide the people around her in learning new skills and sharing her knowledge over the years of her nursing career, and has been patient enough to review things again and again until the skill is mastered by the person she's teaching. Every morning, she makes a point to say "good morning" to the people around her and finds a way to make their day a little bit better. I know so many people, including myself, look forward to seeing her and working with her, and the patients I have been with look forward to being under her care due to everything I have listed above. Jenni is truly amazing.
