Tiffany is one of the original ANMs supporting the NCAL Advanced Care at Home program and has been instrumental in helping design what the ANM role in ACAH looks like and how to support both the patients and the contracted staff delivering care to our members in this novel care delivery modality. She consistently takes the initiative to solve complex problems such as providing our in-home nursing staff with updated patient information each day through a daily patient summary, taking the lead on ensuring new Virtual Hub RNs training and orientation is tracked and moving staff through the orientation process, streamlining the Daily Team Assignment tracker, and so much more. She is seen as a leader by her peers, and she brings positivity to every shift. The NCAL ACAH team is lucky to have her!
