During my visit to the ER, James was gentle with his words and brought a joyous aura to the room. He assessed the situation and was able to recognize my fear and bring a sense of comfort. He was involved in every aspect of my care and went above and beyond. Not only did he make me feel involved in my care, but he also included my spouse for extra support and made him feel like a contributing factor to the team. His knowledge and skills are appreciated, and I will forever be grateful for his compassion.
