Jessica began her story at Forest City in late 2024. She came in to work night shifts and some flex time. Her ability to come in right away and form relationships with the residents and staff was amazing. Family members love her and appreciate all the extras she does for them. She is not just about nursing. She has the kindest heart. She’s empathetic and displays excellence in her field. She is a team player. She and the night staff get the job done, taking care of residents, meeting all their needs, and adjusting for any changes. Jessica has such great clinical intuition when it comes to residents’ health. She initiates monitoring when needed and gets them further assistance when needed. Jessica’s knowledge of LTC and all aspects of how to get her job done goes beyond excellence. She comes to work on time, stays late as needed, helps out everywhere, including helping her teammate CNAs. There isn’t a time she doesn’t go above and beyond to help take care of residents and her team. I only got to work with Jessica for a short time, but I learned so much from her. I was able to collaborate with her on nursing, and I am forever grateful that she is still there, taking excellent care of the beloved residents & team.
