Rachel Dimov is an outstanding nurse. I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel (a few months ago) when I was admitted while I was pregnant. She has already demonstrated that her patients' and their well-being are her top priority. I came to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center to be induced and, to my surprise, Rachel was my nurse again, not just one day, but half of the six days I was there. 

She immediately remembered my family and me, and I was very pleased to have her again. The care we received from Rachel was incredible. There were a few days when the floor was busy, and she still made a wonderful effort to assist, ensuring that my baby and I were well taken care of. 

When you have a confident and consistent nurse, it makes the hospital stay more welcoming, considering that no one likes a hospital stay. Rachel is confident in what she does, and she shows it, which makes me, as a patient and a new parent, more comfortable leaving my or my baby’s care in her hands. Rachel is very bright, sweet, and compassionate. She went above and beyond any expectation I had for going into delivery. She maintained a sweet smile and positive attitude despite being busy every day I got to see her. 

It was an absolute privilege to have had Rachel during my stay, and my family and I cannot thank her enough for the outstanding service and care we received. Rachel is great at what she does, and her hard work has not gone unnoticed, especially from this happy family.
