I was admitted to the hospital with Pneumonia due to kidney failure and was having trouble breathing. Hope comforted me by letting me know that everything would be all right. The physician informed me that I would need to undergo dialysis. Needless to say, this was quite alarming. Hope's explanation and education as to what would happen helped me cope, especially when I found out they would need to place a catheter in my neck. Her calm and caring demeanor really helped me through a difficult time while I was in the hospital.

Banner is truly lucky to have such a wonderful nurse who is professional, kind, and comforting in their midst. Kudos to Banner for hiring a nurse who truly loves her job, and the reason I know this is because it was evident on her face. Nothing ever seemed to be a chore for her. After a few days, she was not only my nurse but a true friend.
