Dr. Hayes has been an amazing clinical instructor so far. She has gone over and above to be there for our clinical group and has been supportive of all of us. She makes us feel comfortable asking questions and seeking her help in the clinical setting. Dr. Hayes has been a great role model for the provider I aspire to be in the future. Her enthusiasm and passion for geriatric patients are contagious and led me to consider working in geriatrics myself. As a first-semester student, clinicals were intimidating, that is, until I met Dr. Hayes. Dr. Hayes has instilled confidence in me, making me feel that I am enough and capable of completing this rigorous program, something no other professor has emphasized. She encourages us to embrace our learning environments and ask questions. Dr. Hayes is an extraordinary provider, and I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to learn from someone who is patient, caring, and kind.
