Jillian has been nothing short of amazing. My mother was admitted to the hospital for an emergency and was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast and Colon Cancer. During this incredibly difficult time, my mother struggled - both with the effects of anesthesia and the emotional toll of her diagnosis. Jillian showed exceptional compassion and provided outstanding care to my mother. She was understanding, patient, and consistently ensured my mother's disabilities, being blind and hard of hearing. She was attentive to her unique needs and treated her with dignity and kindness. Jillian kept both my father and me well-informed, communicating updates clearly and compassionately. Her professionalism and empathy brought comfort to our entire family during such a challenging time. Everyone deserves to have a nurse like Jillian in their life.
