This nurse is an outstanding nurse in our Mobile Outreach Clinic Program. This nurse provides unbiased treatment for those who live in transient homes or are physically or mentally disabled. This nurse’s experience from inpatient psychiatric care shines through in a community health role at the VNA. This nurse meets multiple clients referred to from the Mental Health Association and provides assessment and education in medication compliance. This nurse also sees many clients referred from the Monmouth ACTS warm line, including elderly clients with comorbidities. This nurse provides nursing services directly in the community, including group homes, homeless shelters, and food pantries.

A statement from one of his clients: “This nurse is quiet, soft-spoken, and professional. He makes me feel comfortable and likely my blood pressure reading is always good. I do not like going to the doctor. This nurse is great and very caring. I found out last July that I had a health issue. I confided in this nurse, they have been a great listener, and I know they care.”
