Through such a tough time, we knew we could count on Sheila, and she was there until the end.
Sheila was my momma’s hospice nurse for the last 4 months of her life. It was really scary for my mom, but Sheila was very calm and reassuring. She explained step by step what she was doing, making sure my mom understood since she had Alzheimer's. She took great care with a lot of patience, and my mom looked forward to her visits. Sheila also took time to explain to her family what was going on and what to expect. Through such a tough time, we knew we could count on Sheila, and she was there until the end. She made her transition as smooth and painless as possible. I cannot thank Sheila enough because I know she truly cares for her patients and their families!

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the care and compassion you provided to my mother during her time in hospice. Your kindness and dedication meant the world to her – and to me. The tenderness and respect with which you cared for her brought comfort not only to her but also to me. Knowing that she was surrounded by such thoughtful, skilled, and loving individuals made an incredibly difficult time a little easier to bear. Thank you for your support and for the many ways you went above and beyond to ensure my mother’s dignity and comfort. You have touched our lives in ways that words can barely express.
