Joy was very supportive when I was having an emotional time after my mother was talking about being at the train station. Earlier, Joy led me to a room where I could have some privacy to have a video appointment with my therapist. I came out of the room balling. She saw me walking back to my mom's room and asked if I was OK. She was so empathetic, reached her arms out, and gave me a hug, which meant the world to me at that moment. She asked me if there was anything she could do for me.

Joy took great care of my mom and was very attentive to her needs. And each time she gave her medication, she said the name of each pill and what it was for. Which is very helpful for my mother as she was a Nurse Practitioner who retired at the age of 80 years old. I was coming back the following day and was looking forward to seeing Joy's smiling face. She was very busy with other patients, and M was helping out. Later, I passed by the desk and told Joy I missed her. Later, she came into my mom's room for a short period, and the 3 of us laughed at various things. Laughter was good medicine for my mother, and for me, too. She is so friendly, personable, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate Joy being my mom's nurse and being supportive of me during a difficult time.
