Isabelle then took it upon herself to get me a reclining chair, which made me very comfortable, and then she offered me a fresh-brewed cup of coffee. I felt so good, so relieved, and so special.
Isabelle was wonderful and went above and beyond by providing the absolute best care and treatment I have ever received in a hospital. I've had over 2 dozen operations in my 72 years, but this nurse was the best.
My first night after a 4-hour spinal fusion surgery and 6 hours in the recovery room, I was in a very fragile state. I was mentally and physically drained, I was experiencing a high level of discomfort, I had a foley that was uncomfortable and had a minor drip, a case of the hiccups, and I was extremely anxious. Isabelle came into my room and comforted me by addressing all of my medical needs and concerns. She went above and beyond, giving me kind and courteous care and attention.
Later that night, she messaged and received permission to remove the Foley. She took care of my vitals, administered my medications, changed my linen and gown, emptied my 2 drains, and addressed all of my fears and concerns.

I told her I had never had such a wonderful experience in a hospital, and she made me feel like a real VIP. In the morning, I called my family and told them how magnificently I was treated, and said that I feel like I'm a King. I can't express in words how much I appreciated this special treatment; it was 5 stars, triple A-1, over and beyond.
