Rachel is the sweetest, most caring, and helpful nurse I have ever met. She always goes above and beyond my expectations. For example, I was really looking to connect with people, going through the same cancer/treatment journey as mine, and despite being so busy, she has taken the time to connect me with other patients. I can't tell you how helpful that has been for me. Whenever I see her, she usually has several patients she is attending to, but she always has a smile and makes time to talk to patients and follows up on their concerns. She hardly ever gets a break, and is on her feet all the time, but takes the time to answer all my questions. She has always helped me find solutions to my side effects. I am so grateful to have Rachel as my infusion nurse! She is an asset to the clinic! Rachel, thank you for your service. It is so appreciated and makes my journey beautiful. You are making a positive difference!
