Broadly, Sarah is a great nurse who consistently goes above and beyond the ordinary and is extraordinary.

We had a patient who was nearing the end of life. The patient and long-time fiancé were hoping to get married, but were unable to receive their license due to the patient’s health difficulties. I was called to perform a small exchange of vows. Sarah offered her own piece of jewelry for the patient to have a ring. Sarah was also floated to a different unit at this time.

This small act reflects her ability to perform well and effectively in any situation.
