We recently had a patient in the NICU who passed away unexpectedly. The situation was further complicated by a difficult family situation as well. To ensure the family had the desired goodbye, Hannah reached out to the funeral home for special arrangements. Hannah went above and beyond for a family in need. She allowed them to solely focus on their baby and get the bereavement experience they deserved. We know that we are giving them one moment that will last a lifetime. Hannah's extra work ensured this family had that moment.
