After 14 days in the hospital, I was preparing to go home and became panicked; afraid my pain meds might not work; afraid of navigating through my house. I must have worn my call light out asking for Jennifer to help with my IV, bring me pain meds, and talk me through a panic attack.

She came multiple times to answer questions, explain what discharge entailed. I’m afraid that some of these questions were only 5-10 minutes apart, yet every time she smiled, she was as patient as if it were my first question, my first call for assistance. If/when I’m admitted again, I hope all my nurses are Jennifer clones! She is compassionate, she is extraordinary, she is the best.
