In May 2024, my husband was admitted for a NSTEMI. Of course, he was scared, and since the hospital was full, he remained in the ED until the following day when he had his cath. Noel was the first truly caring interaction. He explained what to expect, listened to the grievance my husband had about his IV placement in his AC, and ensured we both were prepared for what was going to happen pre and post-procedure. He remained in constant contact with me during the procedure, which made me feel like a VIP.

Post procedure, he went above and beyond to address my husband's only request- food! He brought everything he could possibly offer, and my husband ate it all. Noel has a gift for making you feel like the only patient and family that matters, and it really helped our experience during this stressful time. We felt supported by him during this process. While we had other care team members, Noel stood out as if he were truly only there for us. What might seem small really meant the world to both of us, and we will never forget the great care you provided!
