My wife was getting pain on and off, but not enough to go into labour. We were advised by other staff members to go for a C-section or an epidural. But this midwife explained to her well where the baby is now and what she must be doing to avoid a c-section. She explained that the baby was in the pathway, but the cervix had not opened to give a water break. She advised her to do some exercises, take a shower to help the cervix open a little to help break the water. When my wife went to the washroom, by God's grace, miraculously water broke, and immediately she gave birth against our expectations of delivering the next day. All the pain from morning since she was induced, and which was to happen until she completes 24hrs and then epidural, etc, all came to an end so fast as midwife Sharmila insisted on moving around. This happened just 1 hour after she started her evening shift. We are so thankful to God for bringing her right on time and we will be grateful ever for her service.

My wife was distressed and not pushing, doctors planned to take her to theatre, but she encouraged my wife to push and said you can do it , that engagement and effort made my wife deliver normally, she is very good and strong.
