For me, Nurse Donna is truly exceptional. She was always checking on me and made sure I was comfortable. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made a difficult time much more bearable. She was attentive and compassionate to all my needs during my stay, and for that, I will always be grateful. I truly believe I recovered well because of her care. From the first day I was admitted here at AGH Fort Bonifacio Hospital, I met many kind-hearted nurses, including Ma’am Donna. She has an angelic smile, and I really appreciated how she smiled and took care of me. Whenever I didn’t understand something, she would take the time to explain and guide me. She always reminded me to take my medicine and ensured I followed the right procedures.
