She was DYNAMITE!! Warm, bubbly, enthusiastic, reassuring, and caring. Her demeanor really put me at ease. I went in for a colonoscopy, after I was all hooked up and felt the need go to the restroom, she calmly and patiently unhooked me and allowed to visit the restroom before the procedure. She was understanding and kind to unhook me and hook me back up with no attitude, just her positivity. She absolutely deserves recognition. Thank you, Lauren!!
