Ashley is always willing to help others. She doesn’t put herself first. She knows how to act quickly and respond in a mature, respectful manner. She is very dedicated to teaching. She also cares about students' needs. In my very first class with her, she suggested that all students tell her if they have any medical issues, so she can be there if needed. I felt very comfortable around her as a cardiac nurse. I have a history of cardiac issues, and she was always there, checking on me, making sure I was okay. Ashley pushes students to be the best. She knows our potential, and she doesn’t make it easy. Ashley is the best teacher I’ve had, so far. Anytime I needed help, she was always beside me. If you showed dedication, Ashley gave 110%, to make you a great nurse. Ashley never left anyone out. If a student wasn’t doing well in class, she was always there to help. If someone needed anything, she was always there. Ashley has a hardworking, vigilant attitude, ready to do what needs to be done. When Ashley was corrected, she took responsibility. She isn’t a “know-it-all”. She believes you learn something new every day, and she is always willing to be a better version of herself. I never felt uncomfortable or scared to ask her for help. She promoted such a warm, welcoming environment for ALL students. She never got angry or upset. She understands that we are learning, that we aren’t going to be perfect.
