My dad has had some blood flow problems and underwent a procedure to improve blood flow in his legs. We were amazed at Megan's exceptional level of customer care and compassion. My dad can be very difficult and stubborn, so she had her work cut out for her. She made an instant connection with him. When she discovered his love for old country music, she pulled up his favorite country artists on her phone and played music for him, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Her personality is magnetic, and you can't help but instantly like her and feel comfortable around her. It's as if we always knew her. Most importantly, she made my dad feel like he was her only patient. She was very thorough in my dad's discharge instructions but kept things simple for us to understand. I work in sales, and so I know how important great customer service is... and how difficult it is to get these days. Megan exemplified great patient care and service. We will never forget her. While everyone at OSF St. Anthony's has been very good to us, Megan is definitely that shining star. We appreciate her kindness, compassion, professionalism, and stellar care more than these words could ever say.
