Dania has demonstrated exceptional leadership, initiative, and dedication to educating her team. Following an especially chaotic and disorganized Code Blue, Dania immediately recognized the need for improvement and took it upon herself to ensure that the entire team was better prepared for future emergencies.

Rather than letting the event pass without action, she organized an impromptu training session to review proper Code Blue protocols. She tested each of us on our specific roles, clarified responsibilities, and walked through various scenarios to ensure that we fully understood what to do in the event of another code. Her proactive approach not only reinforced our knowledge but also instilled confidence in the team, ensuring that moving forward, we would respond to life-threatening situations with greater efficiency and coordination.

Beyond her efforts in Code Blue preparedness, Dania consistently serves as a mentor and educator within our unit. She regularly shares best practices, provides guidance on clinical procedures, and ensures that both new and experienced staff feel confident in their skills. She has taken the initiative to implement periodic testing on our code roles, reinforcing essential life-saving skills and keeping the team sharp under pressure.

Additionally, she is always available to answer questions, clarify protocols, and offer support, creating an environment where continuous learning is encouraged. Her ability to turn a chaotic situation into a valuable learning experience speaks volumes about her leadership, integrity, and dedication to patient safety.
