Jen is a wonderful person. She has a heart of God. Her compassionate care of me made my stay bearable. I received excellent care from all the staff, but she made my stay even more enjoyable! I have cancer again, and I know that I will more than likely be in and out of the hospital in the future. I hope to have more nurses like Jen to make it better. She has seen me cry; she has seen me mad, seen me anxious and depressed, and above all of them, seen the amount of pain I deal with daily. Her compassion, sense of humor, and smile made my day. She truly, in my opinion, represents what a nurse should be: compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring.
