Crystal took the time to meet all my needs. She checked in to ask if my family and I needed anything. She brought a warm blanket to my daughter because she was cold. Crystal is very dedicated, patient, and sweet.

I was so afraid to have my bandages changed due to it being so painful. I have cellulitis on both legs, and Miss Crystal was so patient, caring, and compassionate. She took her time to gently wash, clean, and wrap both my legs; all my fears went away. This would not have been done if it weren’t for Crystal.

I had a bad past experience. Where a nurse yanked off my wet and dry gauze. I screamed in pain, and she continued. I have not let anyone wrap it until Crystal. Thanks to God, I had Crystal for my nurse. She convinced me to let her wash, clean, and wrap my legs, and I let her, and she was so careful, and it didn’t hurt at all. Crystal makes sure she changes my pads/dressing often, and to make sure that I am dry and comfortable. This made my stay much better.
