Your compliments and words of encouragement motivated all of us to keep going. Thank you for having such a kind heart and for the patience you show. We'll always be grateful for that.
Tatiana, hello dearest leader. Today I want to nominate you for the DAISY award for helping me when I first started. I remember feeling nervous and scared when I joined this institution because it was something new for me. I still remember when I started my shifts on the 8th floor, I felt excluded or different because I didn't fit in with my colleagues. When I was told I would be transferred to a new area and have a new leader, I felt even more nervous. However, when you introduced yourself and I started working with you as my new leader, I felt a lot of support, and I developed a sense of wanting to grow. You gave me confidence that I could achieve it.
I remember you telling me, "J, give it your best shot, I know you can do more." And of course, there were days when you had to give me feedback, but I know it was for my own good. I'm truly grateful for the help that has enabled me to become a better person, for making me part of your team, for providing me with the support to grow, and for giving me new challenges when I joined the COVID area and took care of critical patients. From then on, my growth and commitment to caring for my patients continued to strengthen.
When you invited me to the "With you at home" programs, it helped me develop more skills and knowledge in my area, and that made me feel happy and calm. Thank you for not losing faith in me. I'm very grateful. Your compliments and words of encouragement motivated all of us to keep going. Thank you for having such a kind heart and for the patience you show. We'll always be grateful for that.
Today, I'm writing these words because I want you to be nominated for this recognition for your loyalty to the institution and for being so empathetic with your nursing staff. Thank you for all the opportunities, advice, feedback, etc. A thousand blessings!
