First off, Courtney is one of the most caring and compassionate people ever! She made us feel so welcomed, trustworthy in every aspect. She was very transparent in every situation. Hopeful and very optimistic throughout the entire stay of my brother. She was very straightforward and attentive to every detail and need that my brother or family had. She connected with us on a special level, even tried speaking Spanish to us, which we appreciated so much! I know my parents did! Her smile and everyday attitude were such a pleasure and joy to be around. We looked forward to when she would care for my brother. She definitely did an excellent job day in and day out! She would listen to every request and do her best to ensure every need was met. She was a great listener and problem solver...definitely a role model! We saw her training and just so caring and ensuring that her student was taking great care of the patients. Even on days she wasn’t our nurse, she made it a point to stop by and say hey and check in on my brother, which was amazing. Such love and support from her!! She went above and beyond every day and was a great team member. Courtney was an overall blessing to know and such an asset to the whole hospital care! She helped us through some very hard days. Just everything about her is amazing!!!
