One cannot say enough about Derek. He is an exceptional nurse! He demonstrates this every shift he works. He has numerous years of experience in nursing and specifically rehabilitation nursing. Derek never – and I mean never – “calls in”. He works extra shifts when asked to. He covers for House Supervisors on occasion. Derek completes all of his work and helps others with theirs. Derek has received several “Kudos” cards from patients expressing their appreciation for his brand of care/compassion.
