A family called back the AACC and spoke with TSR and stated: We (my partner and I) called earlier and spoke with ARN and we were just blown away by her care, wisdom, and patience (started crying) and wanted to compliment and thank ARN - Member was now admitted to the ED (ETOH poisoning) ARN was so great, the care we received was exceptional - ARN was able to convince patient with such a tender, loving way, and with genuine care and concern in her voice. (The parents were contemplating calling 911 and possibly looking at a 5150 hold for the patient but because ARN was able to connect with the member, she ended up going to the ED and the family was getting the care and services that were needed and contributed all of this towards ARN and her connection with the patient.
