Chelsea was in a code with her patient shortly after he arrived at the unit with his daughter at the bedside. At 21 weeks pregnant, Chelsea jumped into action and started CPR while waiting for the code team. She stayed strong and efficient, making sure to advocate as best she could for her patient. It was chaotic, overwhelming, and emotional. In the end, Chelsea made sure the daughter, PCT, and other RNs involved were okay before even thinking about taking a second for herself. This is just one example of the care and selflessness that Chelsea exhibits for each of her patients. She ensures that each of her patients always feels heard and is being taken care of. Chelsea has a huge heart and is the sweetest soul. All her patients are so lucky to have her on their side. Chelsea, hands down, is one of the most caring, kind, and amazing nurses at Virtua Voorhees.
