Grace went above and beyond for a hypothermic, homeless patient. This patient experienced a significant drop in body temperature after spending the night outside in the cold and rain. All of the patient's belongings were soaked due to the rainy conditions. Grace completed all ordered tasks quickly to help raise the patient's core temperature. Once the patient was stable, Grace gathered all of the patient's belongings and personally walked them up to the 5th floor, washing and drying them. Grace recognized the lack of resources this patient had and took it upon herself to ensure that when the patient was discharged, they would have clean and dry clothes to take home.
