She goes above and beyond for every department she works for. She puts all of her staff before herself. She is an excellent person and Nurse. She goes above for her patients and staff. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Sarah is.
Sarah shows knowledge and compassion with every patient she cares for. She consistently goes above and beyond, always willing to help her coworkers. Sarah will go to every department she covers, checking on the staff to see if we need anything! Sarah makes sure to collaborate with leadership in a timely manner. Sarah has excellent communication skills and seeks to solve problems that arise while still maintaining a sense of humor. Sarah has the resilience to get the job done while maintaining an enthusiastic attitude. Her constant good mood wears off onto her staff. If anyone deserves this award, it’s Sarah.

Sarah exemplifies a DAISY Nurse Leader. She is ever present in the time of patients and/or staff needing guidance or assistance. Her presence is noted in all of her areas and beyond as a communicator and strong leader. Sarah always advocates by demonstrating positivity and a calm demeanor to achieve the best possible outcome for not only our patients but also our staff. When needed she is there to admit a patient, recover a patient or assist staff with their patient care needs to provide the best outcome.

It truly is hard to describe just what Sarah does, I think stating what she doesn’t do would be easier because there isn’t much she doesn’t do.
