I am nominating Madison for all her hard work, above and beyond what is expected, and also for going out of her way to help me and make me feel at home. Madison has excellent clinical skills and really knew what she was talking about while explaining things to me. Excellent bedside manner and clinical skills. Helicopter fumes were entering my room through the vents, and Madison helped resolve this issue. My IV was acting strange and bothering me. She gave me a new IV so I would be more comfortable. It made a huge difference.

We had a confused patient on the floor who was lonely and wanted to talk, and Madison went in there for 20+ minutes, getting to know the guy. Asking how he was and creating good conversation. She goes above and beyond what is required of her. The patient mentioned wasn't even assigned to her that day
