Emma was extremely kind, gentle, caring, and professional. Each encounter with her was the same. I had not eaten or drunk anything, and Emma continued to check on my ability to eat. She checked the status of my next course of action and when my required test would be performed. I was not expected to be here this long. Emma allowed me to use her charger throughout my entire stay so I could keep my phone charged.
