I brought my grandma to the Emergency Room because she had a post-op infection. The Emergency Room was so full and so busy! The waiting room was full, and it was clear things were chaotic. When Matt came into our room, he immediately took away the feeling that things were crazy out there. He was so kind; he took his time explaining every step of everything happening.

He went the extra mile, made sure my grandma was comfortable, made sure she understood everything happening, and was very clean and methodical with all the labs and medications he gave. My impression of the E.R. was that they have so much going on, they don’t really have time to care, but Matt took that bias completely away, and I knew we were in good hands. Keep up the good work.
