Ashley frequently stays well beyond her regular hours to assist in anything that is needed. She goes above and beyond to recognize staff members individually for the great work that they do. She always has an open-door policy, and on a daily basis you will find staff just stopping in to say hi and grab some candy from her never-ending candy bowl.

Ashley is extremely motivating, frequently celebrating our unit's successes, including no falls, efficient charting, and taking great care of patients. She interacts with patients and families with grace, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring that each individual feels heard, respected, and cared for.
