Our baby has a heart condition and was admitted for over ten days to the Paediatric ICU. Emily demonstrated great care and attention to detail. She was very thoughtful and made an effort over and above her normal duties. When our baby was getting over 80% oxygen, she contacted the doctor to explain her observation, and that led to us transferring him to Sunninghill.

She quickly picked up when something unusual was happening and took action immediately. She gave me emotional support and provided resources for me to be able to cope. She gave my son attention and was able to calm and settle him. She thought outside the box and showed compassion.
